When Do I Need An Employment Lawyer?

The law sets down a process for dealing with many types of employment disputes, and it pays to follow it. There are many rights and responsibilities – employment law covers all aspects of the employment relationship, not just dismissals.

I act for both employers and employees. So if you’re hiring, firing, looking at a new contract, want out or having any issues within your workplace, talk to me before you take action.
